Campos has extensive experience designing and conducting product testing trials and supporting client teams in product testing. This work includes:

  • On-Site Product Tests: Consumers visit our research facility or another designated location, such as a company office, to interact with the product under observation. These sessions often conclude with a qualitative interview.

  • In-Home User Tests (IHUT): Consumers test a product at home over a designated period, often while completing diaries, surveys, or interviews to provide feedback on their experience.

  • Ethnographic Research: We observe people using new products in a “natural” environment, such as their home or a store, taking detailed notes on everything the person does while fading into the background to avoid influencing their actions. These sessions often conclude with a qualitative interview.

  • Clinical Trial Implementation: Campos partners with clients to develop IRB-approved processes for screening and onboarding participants as well as executing research.

  • Usability/UX Testing: A form of ethnographic research often used with digital products, in which we observe the participant using a product, such as a website or an app, to identify ways to improve or streamline the user experience.

Our recruitment expertise is key to product testing success, as we ensure a specific, intentional target audience is testing the product. We take a hands-on approach to respondent management during the trial, encouraging maximum participation. Our strategy team is adept at synthesizing the data collected to deliver clear recommendations for optimizing products before bringing them to market.
