Located in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh’s Cultural District, our research facility has a variety of spaces for qualitative research and product testing. Custom-built in 2017, this facility is a beautiful and comfortable space for clients and respondents alike.

• We have two research rooms, each featuring HD digital audio and video recording from ceiling-mounted video cameras and microphones with backup storage, a 65” wall-mounted display monitor, and excellent natural light.

• We can accommodate up to forty in one room (22’ x 25’) and up to sixteen in another room (15’ x 32’).

• We can hold in-depth interviews, focus groups, or mock jury presentations in conference-, theater-, or classroom-style rooms.

• We can accommodate software usability testing and convert our spaces into mock stores, living rooms, bedrooms, or other locations, putting an end to wondering how things will work “in the real world.”

• We have client suites, featuring a viewing room with tiered seating to listen to customers, behind the oversized one-way mirrors in each room.

• We offer the ability to live stream sessions to remote observers.
