Assessing a Product in a Niche Market

A Multinational Health Device Manufacturer

Our client needed to assess the feasibility of specific sleep and stress-related claims for a general wellness device. 

We leveraged the combined expertise of our market research, patient recruitment, and telephone data collection teams to smoothly and efficiently execute this complex 47-day home-use clinical trial on short notice. This included recruiting 40 patients from a niche target audience, building an electronic data-capture platform, implementing over 270 observations, and managing and reporting on daily diaries.

We enabled our client to successfully execute an extremely complex protocol which they were uncertain would even be possible. The captured data allowed our team to show where the product lived up to expectations and where it fell short, giving our client the ability to make critical changes before going to market.
