Testing a New App to Assess Its Value 

A Multinational Health Technology Company

An app had been developed that promised to help improve sleep quality, but it needed to be tested to validate the value to consumers in advance of a rapidly approaching launch date. 

We tested a prototype with a 14-day trial and discovered how appealing and engaging the app experience was, found barriers to users' engagement with the app, identified several opportunities to optimize the app, and even discovered that it improved testers’ perceptions of the company that made it as sleep experts.

Our strategist provided a detailed breakdown of feedback on every aspect of the app and the various notifications within it. Through our work, the client was able to demonstrate the feasibility of the app and continue to move forward with developing and launching it.
